BIMhub™: Login

To avail BIMhub services, you need to create a My iSLYE™ account. Once you have set up such an account, you can post project to receive price quotations from BIMhub services providers. Here are the steps you need to follow to login to the BIMhub service website and get access to information regarding updates on your project.

• Go to the BIMhub service website.
• Login to the website.
• You will then be directed to the iSLYE login page.
• You will need to provide your username and password to access your My iSLYE account.

BIMhub™: Account Status Updates and Project Updates

After you have logged in to your My iSLYE account you can go and check your account status for any new updates. The updates can be regarding any new communication from your supplier, including project updates. You can check also the completion status of your project.

My iSLYE account allows you to initiate communication with your supplier through the Message Board functionality. If there are any queries or further information that needs to be provided to the supplier or if the supplier has any queries regarding your project they can be easily communicated through the Message Board.

The project status updates will help you stay up to date with the progress of your project. For example, in a fixed price package project, you can opt for daily project updates for information on your project status. For a milestone based package, you can opt for updates on the completion of each milestone. You can also post new requirements for each project milestone.

BIMhub™: Milestone Access

Milestones refer to delivery dates for specific portions of a project. On the completion of every milestone you can review, approve and pay for the services availed. Your project can be set up in a single milestone or with intermediate steps by breaking it up into a number of milestones depending on your requirement. Milestones work as pre-scheduled check points helping you to keep track of your project’s progress. If you wish to continue your project using BIMhub services, you can set up new milestones for your project according to your requirements. You will also need to post your specifications regarding the continuation of your project.

BIMhub™: Payments and Receipts

Payments and receipts of BIMhub services are carried out through the iSLYE revenue sharing system. iSLYE™ is a versatile application which allows you to make payments for BIMhub services in a secure manner and enables revenue sharing options. iSLYE also helps you communicate with suppliers and partners listed in the value chain setup.

Once you have logged into your My iSLYE account, you can pay for the BIMhub services. iSLYE revenue sharing system connects your PayPal account to your My iSLYE account. Thus, when you pay for the BIMhub services, the service fee is deducted from your PayPal account and transferred to the partners and suppliers in the value chain system.
